Questions, answered
How is rank calculated?
PeerX measures net follower growth from daily snapshots: your current follower count minus your earliest stored snapshot in the period (Today, 7 Days or 30 Days). Creators are ranked by that net gain inside their own league. Growth % and follower count are alternate table sorts only.
Does paying improve my rank?
No. Plans unlock features such as longer history, a product link and share cards. Your plan, payments and complimentary access are never inputs to the ranking.
How often is follower growth updated?
Twice a day. A scheduled job refreshes every tracked creator's follower count about every 12 hours and keeps one stored snapshot per creator per UTC day: the first count of that day. The second refresh updates your current count, which is what your gain is measured with. Signing in with X also refreshes your current count. Changes appear after the next update.
How do leagues work?
PeerX places you automatically by follower count: Rookie 10–100, Builder 101–500, Momentum 501–1,000, Breakout 1,001–5,000, Scale 5,001–10,000. When your count crosses a boundary, the next update moves you. Accounts outside 10–10,000 followers are not tracked.
What happens after the trial?
The 3-day trial is free. If it ends without a plan, daily tracking stops and you leave the leaderboard. Your public profile and stored snapshots are kept, and choosing a plan resumes tracking.
Does PeerX sell followers?
No. PeerX only reads your public follower count. It does not sell followers or engagement, and it never follows, likes or posts for you.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Use Manage subscription in your account menu to cancel in the Dodo Payments portal. You keep paid features and tracking until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
