Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers PeerX subscriptions sold through Dodo Payments. PeerX is operated by Shakhzod Karimov.
Plans and billing
- Pro — $19/month
- Max — $29/month
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
How to cancel
Open your dashboard and click Manage subscription. This opens the Dodo Payments customer portal, where you can cancel your plan and see your invoices. Cancelling stops all future renewals. If you cannot reach the portal, email shahzodkarimov1001@gmail.com and we will help.
After you cancel
You keep your paid features and daily tracking until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, paid features stop, and follower tracking pauses unless you have another active plan or trial. Your past snapshots stay on your profile, and your rank is never changed by paying or cancelling.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the service you paid for, email shahzodkarimov1001@gmail.com with your X username and the date of the charge. We review refund requests case by case, taking into account the circumstances and your rights under applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Dodo Payments may retry it. If the payment is not recovered, the subscription ends and paid features stop as described above.
