Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PeerX at peerx.lol. “PeerX,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the PeerX service operated by Shakhzod Karimov. By signing in or using PeerX you agree to these terms.

1. Independent service

PeerX is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. “X” is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the accounts PeerX works with.

2. Eligibility and use

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live and allowed to use X under X's own terms. Leagues are for X accounts with between 10 and 10,000 followers. Accounts outside that range cannot join, and an account that leaves the range stops being tracked.

3. Connecting your X account

You sign in with X through X's official OAuth flow. We request read-only access to your public profile and never see or store your X password. We do not post, like, follow or send messages on your behalf.

4. Follower tracking and snapshots

While your account is tracked, PeerX records your public follower count about twice a day and keeps one snapshot per day. These daily snapshots are used to calculate your follower gain and growth over time. Tracking depends on X's API and may occasionally be delayed or miss a day.

5. Leagues and the public leaderboard

Tracked accounts appear on the public leaderboard and have a public profile page showing their X username, display name, profile image, follower count, league and growth. Ranking is based on follower growth only. Paying for a plan never changes your rank, league or growth numbers.

6. Subscriptions and recurring billing

New accounts start with a free trial. Paid plans are Pro ($19/month) and Max ($29/month). Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically every month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which may act as the merchant of record for your purchase, and its terms also apply to the payment.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on your dashboard, which opens the Dodo Payments customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• manipulate follower counts or rankings, for example with bought followers, bots, follow-for-follow rings or coordinated fake engagement;
• impersonate another person or use an account you do not control;
• use multiple accounts to game leagues or the leaderboard;
• scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service or its security;
• list products or links that are illegal, misleading or harmful;
• commit payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep PeerX available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, leagues or plans. If a change materially reduces a paid plan you are already paying for, we will give notice before your next renewal.

10. Third-party services

PeerX relies on third parties, including X (sign-in and follower data), Dodo Payments (payments and billing), Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database). Their availability and their own terms are outside our control.

11. Intellectual property

The PeerX name, design and software belong to the operator. Your X profile data remains yours; you allow us to display it on PeerX as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PeerX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Follower data comes from X and may be inaccurate or delayed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for PeerX in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account, or exclude it from the leaderboard, if it breaks these terms, manipulates rankings, or creates risk for PeerX or other users. You may stop using PeerX at any time and ask us to delete your data.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use PeerX after a change means you accept the updated terms.
